Description
Learning objective
With this training, you will gain in-depth practical knowledge about modern office communication with MS Outlook. You will learn how to set up Outlook views without barriers and how to work with the various components in everyday life.
You will practise correspondence by e-mail. This includes handling file attachments, receiving HTML messages with graphics and setting up junk and spam filters.
Other topics include managing appointments, contact addresses and tasks. An introduction to working in a team rounds off the training.
Intended audience
- Blind users and users who need a solid basis for office communication.
- People who are late-blind and want to re-enter working life.
Previous knowledge required
