Description
Learning objectives
After the training, you will be able to professionally plan and conduct internal audits based on the ISO19011 guide and document them in accordance with the standard. You will know how to formulate follow-up corrective actions based on the findings and nonconformities and you will receive an introduction to process technology and continuous improvement.

- Internal representatives of a management system, QMS or ISMS (e.g. QMB for quality and ISO9001 or ISB / CISO for information security and ISO27001)
- Internal Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- Management staff
- Those responsible for an internal control system (ICS)

- No special prior knowledge required
- Previous knowledge of management systems is helpful but not essential.
